1.1 We provide school and university placement services based on the information you submit, including your academic background, preferences, financial situation, and goals.
1.2 Our service includes recommending one educational institution that matches your profile and objectives.
1.3 We work only with accredited, trusted, and officially registered educational institutions.

2.1 Service fees must be paid in full before we begin processing your application. Payments are made through the “Pay Now” button on our website.
2.2 Refund Conditions:

• Once we provide you with a school recommendation, the service fee is non-refundable, even if you choose not to proceed with the recommended school.
   
• A refund will be granted only if we are unable to find any school that meets your stated criteria.
   
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing to mergun.agency@gmail.com within 7 business days from the date you receive our notification.
   

3.1 You agree to provide complete and accurate information. We are not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues caused by false, incomplete, or misleading information.
3.2 You agree to cooperate in a timely manner, including responding to our requests for documents or information.
3.3 You agree not to use our services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

4.1 We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Admission decisions are made solely by the educational institutions. We do not guarantee admission to any school or university.
5.2 We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third parties, including but not limited to schools, visa authorities, or postal services.
5.3 We are not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from changes in immigration laws, school policies, or other external factors.

6.1 All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Mergun Agency Inc. and is protected by copyright laws.
6.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
